Hi, all,
Does anyone have an IRiver H10 20 gig? I bought one recently, brand new, and the software WILL not install onto my computer (it says I do not have Windows Media Player 10, which I do!) HELP!!!!!

Good evening Kate. you shouldn't have to install any software. just connect the unit to your computer and turn it on and wm should come up and ask you about syncing the unit.

No dice on this... apparently the unit wouldn't sync... HELP!
